Dr Bernhard Stahl is Professor of International Politics at the University of Passau, Germany. He has published widely on International Affairs, including political developments in the former Yugoslavia. Before coming to Passau, he worked at the Universities of Stuttgart and Trier and spent four years working for the German Economic Cooperation in Serbia.

In this project, he is responsible for the overall coordination and has been involved in papers on Serbian foreign policy.
Dr Soeren Keil is Reader in International Relations at Canterbury Christ Church University, UK. His work focuses on power-sharing and institutional design in post-conflict societies. He has also worked at the Universities of Kent, PompeuFabra (Barcelona) and for Centre for European Education (CIFE).

In this project, he is responsible for the overall coordination and has been involved in papers on Croatian foreign policy.
Dr Sabić is Professor of International Relations at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. His research focuses on IR Theory and the role of small states. He has published widely on small states’ foreign policy, Slovenian foreign policy and other issues in IR. 
 
In this project, he is responsible for Slovenian foreign policy.
